Finding Your Voice™ is a witnessing methodology: it creates the conditions for a person to witness themselves. In this theatre you practice it on real conversations with a working tool called The Testimony, a private AI room built on one governing law: the AI proposes, the storyteller decides. The same law governs you as a leader. You propose. The person in front of you decides.
